April 28, 2015 – Zephaniah 3:17

The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing. Zephaniah 3:17Just as God has created the blessedness of brilliant blossoms that surround us in Spring, He awakens us to His Glory with his delight in us.  Saying His Name prayerfully and joyfully and He quiets our spirit.  Do you hear the birds singing his Song?  They are bringing us His Message of Love.  Each bouquet of love from our Lord Jesus has the sweet aroma of Eternity.Can you imagine the joyous peace when there are no uprisings, protests of perceived wrongs, no lies or deceitfulness? When we live trusting in God, and finding nothing to fear, we know that our Shepherd of Love reigns on the earth in every heart.How will this be?  This Peace on Earth?  It begins with me; it begins with you.  It is a choice we make to believe, to walk in faith, to trust the Lord for each decision.  This peace will be found in every relationship — that is loving and forgiving.  Angry words have no place in this peace that can only come from a relationship with Him.Just as God loves us we are to love one another. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.  Philippians 4:7Still my heart with your peace, help me to speak your truth in love and rejoicing ever moment of every day.  Help me to choose You above all, for you delight in me and sing songs over me.  My heart is filled with your joy and love…In Jesus’ Name, AmenThey shall seek refuge in the name of the LORD, those who are left in Israel; they shall do no injustice and speak no lies, nor shall there be found in their mouth a deceitful tongue.
