September 7, 2015 – Psalm 37:23-24

If the LORD delights in a man’s way; though he stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand. Psalm 37:23-24If!  The question is, How can I delight the Lord?  What must I do to delight the Lord?  I will choose that way to walk.  The Lord your God will delight in you if you obey his voice and keep the commands and decrees written in this Book of Instruction, and if you turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and soul.  Deuteronomy 30:10….But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night. Psalm 1:2…..Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other.  Romans 12:10…..When I discovered your words, I devoured them. They are my joy and my heart’s delight, for I bear your name, O Lord God of Heaven’s Armies.  Jeremiah 15:16.Delight is a two-sided street.  Even as we delight in our Lord God, He delights in us.  God is Love…. and we are to love one another.  Even though we have never seen God, we have seen the power of our God every time we love one another.  For His love begets love and its cousins – gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, patience, and self-control.   Then we live in His peace and joy.  This is what delight is all about.In walking through this world, we see His love and delight in the power of His Word, which created our world.  How glorious are His WORD.  In love and pleasure, He created such beauty and then created us to love and live and choose His Way.I love you, Lord…And I lift my voice…To worship You…Oh, my soul, rejoice!Take joy my King…In what You hear…Let it be a sweet, sweet sound…In Your ear.    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLK8eG2JcB8No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and His love is made complete in us.  I John 4:12
