October 25, 2019 – Revelation 21:3-4

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” Revelation 21:3-4.

Oh how He loves us, How He loves us allDavid Crowder.  We will be His people, and He will be with us, always.  As earthly parents, we want to protect our children from hurts in this world. God is the One who will wipe every tear from our eyes. No more pain, and no more death. The pain of separation from our loved ones cause mourning and crying that can only be endured when we remember how He loves us.

How much does God love us? He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end. Ecclesiastes  3:11.

Our Lord God is the God of transformation of our very hearts and souls.  He makes all things new. “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.”  Matthew 5:6.  Our God is the beginning and the end.  He is Truth and Trustworthy.  Come as a little child, believing.   Matthew 19:14.

And He who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also, he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty, I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment. Revelation 21:5-6.

  1. Thank you, Joan. Every time I consider a scripture, it seems He is speaking to me. I often feel like expressing the awe and wonder God’s love is in singing and flinging my arms wide in worship. Your friend in Christ Jesus, Emily Combs
