Ephesians1-2-4Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. Ephesians 1:2-4So often the letters of the New Testament end with Grace to you, and Peace.  Words that mean so much when there is anything but grace and peace that intrudes on our lives.  Illness, the loss of life, turmoil, chaos, lies find us at every turn. Our peace does not lie in the world around us.  Our peace lies in the hope of sinlessness because of the gift Jesus Christ has given us.  His blood was shed for our sins.  We have forgiveness because He endured the cross, died and was raised from the dead.  Our hope is in the Resurrection.  A free gift is this hope.  He chose us first, and all we do is CHOOSE Him.We choose Him with our hearts, our minds and our souls.  We choose Him with the words we speak.  We learn to speak the language of God — TRUTH.  We choose Him with honor and praise.  We choose Him with a life of thanksgiving and never doubting that He is Able.We live expectantly with every sunrise.  Every cloud that comes by, we wonder, is this Your Day, Lord? We listen for the trumpet call that announces Your Day, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.  We fill our minds with you, because we choose you!  The Great Expected One is coming….Come Quickly, Lord Jesus.God the Father knew you and chose you long ago, and his Spirit has made you holy. As a result, you have obeyed him and have been cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ. May God give you more and more grace and peace. All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by his great mercy that we have been born again, because God raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Now we live with great expectation I Peter 1:2-3
