November 20, 2019 – Psalm 95:1-3

Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation! Let us come into His presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise! For the Lord is a great God and a great King above all gods. Psalm 95:1-3.

The joys causing us to sing may not surface immediately, but come like produce in a garden as we tend to the fruit of our souls.

What brings a song into your heart? How often our family time in the Spring included planting seeds of hope and joy.  Watering and cultivating and watching God provide sustenance for our bodies and souls, in fellowship with each other.  God, the Magnificent, the Infinite, the Eternal, the Faithful and the Creator of Love, Peace, and Joy creates a forever Garden in our hearts.

Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21.

I hear the lyrics in my heart, He’s got the whole world in His Hands! And He walks with me and He talks with me, and He tells me, I am His own. And the joy we share as we tarry there, None other has ever known. (In the Garden).

Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all the peoples! For great is the Lord! Psalm 96:3-4a.

In His hand are the depths of the earth; the heights of the mountains are His also. The sea is His,  for He made it, and His hands formed the dry land. Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker! Psalm 95:4-6.
