March 4, 2021 – Psalm 16:5-8

The Lord is my chosen portion and my cup; you hold my lot. The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance. I bless the Lord who gives me counsel; in the night also my heart instructs me. I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. Psalm 16:5-8.

It is fitting that I choose The Lord God.  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. Colossians 3:3-4.

When I choose Him, I have an inheritance waiting for me. He is with me night and day and instructs me. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.  Psalm 121:1-2.  

Dear Lord, my God, show me the path of life and protect me from evil each day. Each day, it is Your Goodness and Righteousness that I choose.  Help me to discern Your Voice above the world’s clamor.  In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.

 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand;  do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:4-6.
