June 13, 2019 – Hebrews 2:2-4

For since the message declared by angels proved to be reliable, and every transgression or disobedience received a just retribution, how shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? It was declared at first by the Lord, and it was attested to us by those who heard, while God also bore witness by signs and wonders and various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to His will. Hebrews 2:2-4.

This world we live in gives us a choice. From the time we take our first step and choose which way our steps will take us, we learn how to make choices.  We learn right from wrong. The moment we choose to follow Jesus, reflecting His great love each day, the decisions intensify.

God sent Jesus to give us a way to be forgiven for our disobedience. The God Who created Light, Life, and the World, loves us and tells us through signs, wonders, miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit.

When we understand through a lifetime of His great Love, we often ask, “Why do You spoil me so much?” This is what my Mother often asked  as she praised God, “Why does God spoil me so much?”

I cannot repay the God of the Universe, all I can do is Praise Him, Love Him, and Give Him my Whole Heart!

He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Psalm 40:3a.  “I will put my trust in Him.” And again, “Behold, I and the  children God has given me.” Hebrews 2:13

For it was not to angels that God subjected the world to come, of which we are speaking. It has been testified somewhere, “What is man, that you are mindful of him, or the son of man, that you care for him?” Hebrews 2:5-6.
