July 5, 2019 – Psalm 147:1,3
Praise the Lord! How good to sing praises to our God! How delightful and how fitting! He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds. Psalm 147:1,3.
We can learn much from listening to the birds singing praise to our Lord. Their songs lifts our spirits. Even as praising the Lord gives us joy! The songs we sing, the words we use in praise to the Great One Who gave us life, makes life worth living.
God is our Reality and our Identity. No one else is able to give us life and and guide us in His Love. The hues You paint in the sky, the complex designs of each flower, and the way the stars shine, speak of your infinite love and grace.
There is no end to Your Greatness. I will meditate on your majestic, glorious splendor and your wonderful miracles. Psalm 145:5.
The Lord is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. The Lord is good to everyone. He showers compassion on all His creation. All of your works will thank you, Lord,
and your faithful followers will praise you. They will speak of the glory of your kingdom; they will give examples of your power. They will tell about your mighty deeds and about the majesty and glory of your reign. For your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. You rule throughout all generations. Psalm 145:8-13.
In the 10th verse of Isaiah 43, our purpose on earth is given. You have been chosen to know me, believe in me, and understand that I alone am God. There is no other God—there never has been, and there never will be.
He counts the stars and calls them all by name. How great is our Lord! His power is absolute! His understanding is beyond comprehension! Psalm 147:4-5.
