August 21, 2019 – Psalm 56:8-10

You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in Your book? Then my enemies will turn back in the day when I call. This I know, that God is for me. In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise.  Psalm 56:8-10.

How much does God care for us? Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows. Luke 12:7.

Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time He may exalt you,  casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.  I Peter 5:6-7. We matter to Our Father in Heaven so much, He sent His Son to be the sacrifice for our sins. He keeps our tears in His bottle, even as parents remember their children’s heartaches.

Your way, O God, is holy. What god is great like our God? You are the God who works wonders; You have made known Your might among the peoples.  Psalm 77:13-14.  

How can I show You, Your love makes a difference in my life? We will put off our old corrupt self  ‘and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds,  and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.’  Ephesians 4:23-24.

Oh, Lord, my God, help me to walk before you in Your Light that leads to Life everlasting. Guide my steps, teach me Your Way.  May I ever praise You, with my tongue, with my thoughts, and with the way I love others.

I must perform my vows to you, O God; I will render thank offerings to you. For You have delivered my soul from death, yes, my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.  Psalm 56:12-13.
