Nebuchadnezzar answered and said, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent his angel and delivered his servants, who trusted in him, and set aside the king’s command, and yielded up their bodies rather than serve and worship any god except their own God. Daniel 3:28Who is this Lord God of Shadrach, Meshack and Abednego?  The same God who is agelessly faithful and steadfast.  Just as He sent his angel and delivered the three men from the firey furnace, He delivers and protects his faithful today.  He hears his people, those who know his name put their trust in Him.Even now, when the world denies our Lord and His existence, God protects those who are faithful with answered prayers and the ‘impossibles’ that become possible with God.Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. I Thessalonians 5:16-18  The Lord God is the stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.How can we do anything but follow David’s example:  Sing praises to the Lord.  Tell the Lord’s deeds among the peoples.The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.  Sing praises to the Lord, who sits enthroned in Zion! Tell among the peoples his deeds!  Psalm 9:9-11
