June 24, 2021 – Psalm 24:3-6

Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully. He will receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Such is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob. Psalm 24:3-6.

It is when we know, The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein, and without Him, we are nothing, that we cannot be counted as His friend.

And when all the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the entrance of the tent, all the people would rise up and worship, each at his tent door. Thus the Lord used to speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. Exodus 33:10-11a.

O Lord, my God, I meditate on your Word. Help me not to forget You and become Your Friend. Speak to me and forgive me, I pray in the Name of Your Son, Jesus, Amen.

Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time He may exalt you,  casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.  I Peter 5:6-7.

Love the Lord, all you His saints! The Lord preserves the faithful but abundantly repays the one who acts in pride. Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord!  Psalm 31:23-24.

Who is the King of glory? The Lord, strong and mighty, the Lord, mighty in battle! Lift up your heads, O gates! and be lifted up, O ancient doors! that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory! Psalm 24:8-10.
