April 15, 2021 – John 1:1-4

In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. John 1:1-4.

The Voice of God was first heard and spoken of in Genesis 1:3. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders,
the Lord, over many waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.  Psalm 29:3-4.

Who is the Word?  Who is the true Light coming into the world, that the world does not recognize? And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14.  It is through Jesus we have Life with God.

O Father God, may I be a Child of God, for only through your Son Jesus, will I have eternal life. You made knew and loved me before the world began. Help me to Love You with my whole heart! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10.

The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.  John 1:9-10, 12-13.
