May 1, 2019 – Colossians 1:9-11
And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy. Colossians 1:9-11.
Who do you pray for? Praying they be filled with knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and understanding, walking in a manner worthy of the Lord.
Daily, I ask that God, our Heavenly Father’s will is known. He delights in His Children. For they have an inheritance of deliverance from darkness to the kingdom of love and light. You teach truth. “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven.” Luke 6:37.
In gratefulness, we give thanks to our Heavenly Father for His Gift of Salvation through His Son, Jesus.
By awesome deeds you answer us with righteousness, O God of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas; the one who by his strength established the mountains, being girded with might; who stills the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, the tumult of the peoples, so that those who dwell at the ends of the earth are in awe at your signs. You make the going out of the morning and the evening to shout for joy. Psalm 65:5-8.
Giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:12-14.
