August 24, 2018 – Psalm 86:10-11

For you are great and perform wonderful deeds. You alone are God. Teach me your ways, O Lord, that I may live according to your truth. Grant me purity of heart, so that I may honor you. Psalm 86:10-11.

The earth cannot hold Your wonderful deeds, for they spill into the universe and declare your Greatness and Glory.  

Your Love is faithful and forever. Your forgiveness astounds me.  Teach me to live according to Your Truth.  

O Lord my God, you have performed many wonders for us. Your plans for us are too numerous to list. You have no equal. If I tried to recite all your wonderful deeds, I would never come to the end of them.  Psalm 40:5.  I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you. I praise you, O Lord; teach me your decrees. Psalm 119:11-12.

May I awaken each morning, searching for the Lord and His strength. Help me to continue to seek Him and remember all the miraculous wonders He has performed.  It is in Him I find my strength.  My Lord is a God of compassion and mercy, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness.  Great are you, Lord!  Teach me and lead me each day in your goodness and kindness.  Blessed be the Lord, I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen!

With all my heart I will praise you, O Lord my God. I will give glory to your name forever, for your love for me is very great. You have rescued me from the depths of death. Psalm 86:12-13.
