May 3, 2015 – Isaiah 55:11

So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.  Isaiah 55:11When God speaks….it is so.  In the beginning God spoke and created the universe with its galaxies, stars, planets, the powerful light during the day and during the night.The promises of God are listed in His Word.  As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.  I Peter 4:10-11It is through God’s Word that every living creature is given life and energy to exist.  The God who created the universe is powerful to guide me through this life.  He has the power save me through Jesus Christ.  There is nothing that God does not see and know.We search for Him, even when we are not aware of that for which we search.  When we find God and his omnipotent love, we find life and favor in God. Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.  Matthew 7:7-8For whoever finds me finds life, and obtains favor from the Lord.
