His name is the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, and this is what he says: “I am as likely to reject my people Israel as I am to abolish the laws of nature!” This is what the Lord says: “Just as the heavens cannot be measured and the foundations of the earth cannot be explored, so I will not consider casting them away for the evil they have done. I, the Lord, have spoken! Jeremiah 31:35-37We praise God for every breath we take, every beat of our heart and for the food we eat. When our Mom bandages our hurts, she says, “I love you.” When your sister shares her cookies, she says, “I love you.” When your Dad brings you a surprise, he says, “I love you.” When the sun kisses your face, it is God who says, “I love you.” When a snowflake tickles your nose, again it is God. For God is love.How can we show God how much we love Him? Give Him thanks for everything in the name of Jesus. Make music in your hearts to praise Him. A smile and a hug is spreading God’s love. A frown and angry words do not come from God. When we share God’s love, God knows we love Him. We can never out-love God.
Be filled with the Holy Spirit, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts. And give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:18b-20
