September 30, 2016 – 2 Thessalonians 2:16

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say… 2 Thessalonians 2:16How much does God’s Grace through Jesus Christ mean to me?  Do I see His hope and comfort is mine, if I choose His Way?   I can do nothing, endure nothing, unless I choose God and His Son Jesus to follow.  It is an ultimate relationship above any other.  The relationship that counts eternally and makes all other relationships complete.God’s Kingdom is built on love, the kind that doesn’t go away, ever.  When our hearts are filled with a full understanding of the love of God, we are able to express that love through the words we say, our actions, and our very thoughts.  We truly begin to live.  We live, we thrive, in the love of God.God shows his work of love through us by strengthening our patient endurance.  God Himself made it possible to love by sending Jesus Christ to teach us the Way.  John 3:16-17 – For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ. 2 Thessalonians 3:5
