September 20, 2021 – I Corinthians 1:4-7
I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that was given you in Christ Jesus, that in every way you were enriched in Him in all speech and all knowledge— even as the testimony about Christ was confirmed among you— so that you are not lacking in any gift, as you wait for the revealing of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. I Corinthians 1:4-7.
Loving Jesus is not complete, until we love one another. Loving Jesus demands our lives to be lived for Christ. There is no thrill greater than to share the gift of grace Christ Jesus.
As we trust in Him, we are gifted to lead others to Him. Even as we rejoice in a child learning day by day, we rejoice even more as each child of God learns to follow Him.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20.
Our Father, which art in Heaven, may my prayer always be for others as they grow in love for You. Make me your servant and faithful in all I do and say. I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen.
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in Him.” Lamentations 3:22-24.
God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. I Corinthians 1:8.
