Psalm33-6He loves whatever is just and good; the unfailing love of the Lord fills the earth. The Lord merely spoke, and the heavens were created. He breathed the word, and all the stars were born. He assigned the sea its boundaries and locked the oceans in vast reservoirs. Psalm 33:5-7Our Lord Jehovah, Yahweh, merely breathes the word and the heavens are created, the stars are born.  He loves his creation and names each star and galaxy.I can imagine the excitement and delight the LORD felt as His Creation came to be.  Can you see His eyes twinkling, and reflected in the stars? How far did the Lord stretch the Heavens?  We see no end in our finite way of seeing.  What did He see? His breath breathed the words, and His breath is given to everyone who has life and walks the earth.  From Adam to those babes still in the womb to come.  As I read this, I am in awe, for God is as close to me as each breath that I breathe.  He gives me life, and that life can choose to praise Him or to cast doubt and aspersions on His Majesty. We are called to demonstrate Jehovah Jireh’s righteousness.  The promise to Abraham’s adopted children, all of us, is to use the breath He gives us to praise Him.  To sing praises and hymns of joy.  We are His Light to guide the nations.  There is no one other than Jehovah, the Lord.God, the Lord, created the heavens and stretched them out. He created the earth and everything in it. He gives breath to everyone, life to everyone who walks the earth. And it is he who says, “I, the Lord, have called you to demonstrate my righteousness. I will take you by the hand and guard you, and I will give you to my people, Israel, as a symbol of my covenant with them. And you will be a light to guide the nations. Isaiah 42:5-6
