October 12, 2021 – Matthew 6:14-15
For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Matthew 6:14-15.
I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love. Ephesians 4:1-2.
Bearing with one another in love… takes humility, patience, and gentleness. This is not possible without out believing and trusting in Jesus. He is our strength that makes the impossible, possible.
And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him. Hebrews 11:6.
And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. John 17:3. Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father, also. From now on you do know Him and have seen Him.” John 14:6-7.
Our Father in Heaven, Hallowed be your Name. Help me to believe and know You through knowing Your Son, Jesus. May I know your way for I choose life in You. In the name of Jesus, I pray, Amen.
Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:9-10.
