November 9, 2017 – Hebrews 10:22-23
Let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water. Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. Hebrews 10:22-23.
Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Unfailing love and truth walk before you as attendants. Happy are those who hear the joyful call to worship, for they will walk in the light of your presence, Lord. They rejoice all day long in your wonderful reputation. They exult in your righteousness. Psalm 89:14-16.
Trust and Hope, with Peace, hold hands when we walk and live in the Presence of God. How is this possible? Believing God IS. Following Jesus, His Son. Every time I see a Star in the sky, I remember the Birth of the Joy of Salvation.
Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord’s glory surrounded them. They were terrified, but the angel reassured them. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David! Luke 2:9-11.
The Good News of Jesus is not a secret! Goodness, Kindness, and Gentleness to others is contagious and brings smiles in the hearts of those around us. It completes the second commandment – ‘Love your neighbor as yourself…‘ As the season of Thanksgiving approaches, praising God is the beginning of our everlasting Joy in Him.
Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. Hebrews 10:24.
