November 26, 2020 – Psalm 100:1-3
Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into His presence with singing! Know that the Lord, He is God! It is He who made us, and we are His; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Psalm 100:1-3.
Joy – Gladness – Singing – every day we come into His Presence is a Thanksgiving Day! It is when we KNOW the Lord and that He made us and believe in Him, we are His.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Psalm 23:1-3.
Trials come in life and we walk through them because You are beside us. Why do we have trials? It is God’s voice calling us to walk more close with Him in His Way of Righteousness.
As I considered this day of giving thanks, how should I voice my thanksgiving. One of the sweetest came from a prayer that God hears our prayers, He knows the number of the hairs on our head, and He keeps our tears in a bottle. He answers our prayers in the name of Jesus.
Jesus taught us to pray “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your Name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven!” This prayer ends in the song, with the link below…. “For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, And the Glory, forever! Amen.”
“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.” Matthew 6:9-13.
