March 30, 2020 – Psalm 77:1-3
I cry aloud to God, aloud to God, and He will hear me. In the day of my trouble I seek the Lord; in the night my hand is stretched out without wearying; my soul refuses to be comforted. When I remember God, I moan; when I meditate, my spirit faints. Psalm 77:1-3.
Even the clouds pour out water; the skies gave forth thunder; your arrows flashed on every side. Psalm 77:17.Indeed, as a child, I looked to heavens and watched His rain, fall from the clouds, and shuddered with fear as I heard the thunder, and watched the fingers of lightning dart here and there in the heavens. Now I watch the rain and delight in the thunder, for it is God’s voice singing His love song to me.
You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 16:11.
Every day we see the wonders of your creation, the quickening of our spirits to see your creation glory your presence. A small boy tenderly holds a spring blossom You created, and I praise Him. Your children crossed the sea on dry land, and I praise Him. He protects His children through captivity and pestilence down through the ages. For indeed, You work wonders of transformation through the gift of salvation. When I grow faint, discouraged, and weary, I look to the hills from whence my help comes, and I remember. You are the God Who works wonders. Praise the Lord!
I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your wonders of old. I will ponder all your work, and meditate on your mighty deeds. Your way, O God, is holy. What god is great like our God You are the God who works wonders; You have made known your might among the peoples. Psalm 77:11-14
