March 23, 2021 – I Timothy 1:12-14
I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that He considered me trustworthy, appointing me to His service. Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. I Timothy 1:12-14. NIV.
There is no end to my praises and thanksgiving as I realize God trusts me to serve Him. He has poured out His Grace and Forgiveness over me. I am not worthy to be called a Child of God, and yet He pours out His Grace on me and helps me to have Life in Him most abundantly in His Forgiveness and Love.
And He said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 18:3-4.
O Lord, my God, be patient with me, and guide me. Help me be mindful of your wondrous gifts of Love. I pray in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. John 3:17.
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display His immense patience as an example for those who would believe in Him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen. I Timothy 1:15-17. NIV.
