June 3, 2015 – Psalm 8:1

Psalm8-1O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens. Psalm 8:1Your name is higher. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.  Ephesians 3:18.  There is no end to your glory, Oh, God.  Oh, that we might love like You love!  Your Glory shines not only in the world we can see, but in the world we cannot see and through time until beyond, when time does not exist.Christ Jesus conquered death, and all shall be made alive in Him.  Just as all die in Adam.  What causes us to die in Adam?  One man wanted the power and knowledge of God, to place himself above God, the creator of all life.  He wanted more than thecontentment in living in the Garden of Eden. How often we want more…. in this life.  The thankfulness of what we have leads to humility.  The More that we want is our life coming from the humility and power of love of Jesus Christ.  We become part of the kingdom that belongs to God our Father.  We belong.  We are never alone.  Every gift comes from our Lord.  Our Glorious God gives us Grace, salvation through Christ.Jesus will deliver us to God the Father.  He will destroy every vestige of earthly rule, authority and power.  Can you imagine living in a new world, a world of love?  Living with our Savior?  That life begins when we are kissed with the love of Jesus as we choose Him. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain.  Revelation 21:4

For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, then at his coming those who belong to Christ. Then comes the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power. I Corinthians 15:22 – 24
