We cannot look at the sun,
for it shines brightly in the sky
when the wind clears away the clouds.
So also, golden splendor comes from the mountain of God.            Job 37:21-22aThe mountain of God.  Of all the mountains he created, God has one that He claims and where He likes to be.  Put this scripture together with Matthew 24:29-30 and we KNOW that God is control and He has plans — “Immediately after the anguish of those days, the sun will be darkened, the moon will give no light, the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. And then at last, the sign that the Son of Man is coming will appear in the heavens, and there will be deep mourning among all the peoples of the earth. And they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. Matthew 24:29-30And they sang in a mighty chorus:“Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered— to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing.”And then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea. They sang:“Blessing and honor and glory and power  belong to the one sitting on the throne and to the Lamb forever and ever.”And the four living beings said, “Amen!” And the twenty-four elders fell down and worshiped the Lamb.  Revelation 5:12-14Our God is an Awesome God, He reigns from Heaven Above.  With wisdom, power and love, Our God is an Awesome God!
