July 21, 2020 – Titus 3:4-7

But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to His own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by His grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:4-7.

How often do you drink in the sheer beauty of God’s Creation He has created for us? The colors and delicate designs bring us to a state of awe-filled wonder. His Creation opens the door to His eternal love and kindness.

By awesome deeds You answer us with righteousness, O God of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas.  Psalm 65:5.

God sent His Son Jesus to save us. We cannot earn salvation, we can only find this state of salvation through renewal of the Holy Spirit given to us through Jesus Christ our Savior.

Our Father in Heaven, Teach us through the Holy Spirit and guide us to choose righteous living over the ways of the world. Fill our hearts and minds with your goodness, love, and kindness that we believe in You, Oh, Lord. Fill my life in doing good works in your Name.  In the Name of Your Son, Amen.

It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to your name, O Most High; to declare your steadfast love in the morning,  and Your faithfulness by night.  Psalm 92:1-2.

The saying is trustworthy, and I want you to insist on these things, so that those who have believed in God may be careful to devote themselves to good works. These things are excellent and profitable for people. Titus 3:8.
