Then I looked again, and I heard the voices of thousands and millions of angels around the throne and of the living beings and the elders. And they sang in a mighty chorus:
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered—
to receive power and riches
and wisdom and strength
and honor and glory and blessing.” Revelation 5:11-12 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone. And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.
I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.” Revelation 21:1-4Heaven — is the promise that is ours through the cleansing blood of Christ Jesus. Heaven — filled with the presence of God and His Great Love. Heaven — the place of peace dressed in rainbow colors of joy and love. Heaven — where there is no time, just uncounted moments of praise. Heaven — a place where light is not purchased, but IS in the presence of God. Heaven — a feast of beauty unimaginable for the eyes. Heaven — where there is no more death, tears or fear.Words cannot express the reality of Heaven — its beauty, permanence and the cause for never-ending wonder. Anna Daisy Siemens wrote a poem named, Precious Presence. The last four lines read:Let us walk to gain perfection, More like Christ in every way/ Till we stand in joy before you / On that great and glorious day!
