Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! Your enemies cringe before your mighty power. Everything on earth will worship you; they will sing your praises, shouting your name in glorious songs.” Come and see what our God has done, what awesome miracles he performs for people! Psalm 66:3-5What is worship?  What does worship look like?  What are the parts of worship?  I love the phrase — Everything on earth will worship you!  Worship isn’t a disease we catch. It is not a posture. It is not the words we use.   It is simply being aware and delighting in our Father in Heaven and everything He is and will be.  He is steadfast in being love and forgiving — to me.  His love fills me up and overflows in praise and song.The words of the hymn come to me as I look at this graphic…of Jesus faintly visible in a beautiful sunset-lit sky.  Overshadowed.  Jesus overshadows my life. (Schuler)God hears my prayer because I praise him.  He listens and does not withhold his love from me. His love is constantly present in my life.  How can I do anything but praise Him with all my heart?  Loving Him and others is all God wants us to do.Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me. I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue. If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened; but God has surely listened and has heard my prayer.
