November 10, 2020 – Isaiah 26:3-5

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock. For He has humbled the inhabitants of the height, the lofty city. He lays it low, lays it low to the ground, casts it to the dust. Isaiah 26:3-5.

This Peace comes only through Jesus Christ. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. John 14:27.  Is Peace through Jesus a fleeting thing?  Not if we walk with Christ Jesus in His Way.

If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. Romans 12:18. The scripture continue to eliminate vengeance from our lives. It is not a part of loving one another. Wait for the Lord and keep His way, and He will exalt you to inherit the land; you will look on when the wicked are cut off. Psalm 37:34.

O Lord of Peace, turn my mind always to you and your wisdom and strength. Help me yearn for your righteousness day and night. There is no one like You.  In the Name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

When your justice is done on earth, everyone will learn the paths of righteousness.  He restores my soul.  He leads me in paths of righteousness for His Name’s sake.  Psalm 23:3.

The path of the righteous is level; You make level the way of the righteous.  In the path of your judgments,  Lord, we wait for You; your name and remembrance are the desire of our soul.  My soul yearns for You in the night; my spirit within me earnestly seeks You. For when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.  Isaiah 26:7-9.
