October 28, 2016 – Psalm 119:64-66

O Lord, your unfailing love fills the earth; teach me your decrees. You have done many good things for me, Lord, just as you promised. I believe in your commands; now teach me good judgment and knowledge. Psalm 119:64-66How often I am unaware and do not see how your unfailing love fills the earth. You continue to watch over me and lead me. Never is there a time when You do not shower your blessing of love upon me.  Though I may be blinded with ‘me’ thoughts, you continue to love me, despite my failings.  Teach me, moment by moment, to open my eyes and know You more deeply.  Teach me your decrees and commandments of good judgement and your knowledge.  Help me to serve others and show them your gentle love.Help me to delight in your word and accept your discipline daily.  I so easily forget your promises and must be reminded often. Pull me back from the world and see your will.  Help me to search for your joy and peace.  May your justice continue to be shown in the way You guide me.  You wrap me in your arms of love and shield me with your mercies.  I believe in Jesus Christ as my Savior!Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope,  comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say. 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17I know, O Lord, that your regulations are fair; you disciplined me because I needed it. Now let your unfailing love comfort me, just as you promised me, your servant. Surround me with your tender mercies so I may live, for your instructions are my delight. Psalm 119:75-77
