June 29, 2020 – Psalm 16:7-8

I bless the Lord who gives me counsel; in the night also my heart instructs me. I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. Psalm 16:7-8.

You are my God, and I will give thanks to You; You are my God; I will extol you. Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His steadfast love endures forever! Psalm 118:28-29.

At night, I praise you. In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. Psalm 4:8.  I will not live in fear, for You are ever near.  Each morning I rise, praising You with joy at the dawning of the new day  You direct.  

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His steadfast love endures forever!  I Chronicles 16:34.  Loving our Lord God brings peace and joy and life.  His steadfast love extends to the heavens and his faithfulness reaches the clouds.  In Him we find salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ.  

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12. 

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live,  and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”  John 11:25-26. 

Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice!  Psalm 105:3.

Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices; my flesh also dwells secure. You make known to me the path of life; in your presence, there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 16:9, 11.
