November 19, 2019 – Psalm 69:31-32
I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify Him with thanksgiving. This will please the Lord more than an ox or a bull with horns and hoofs. When the humble see it they will be glad; you who seek God, let your hearts revive. Psalm 69:31-32.
Oh, how I praise the name of God, the King of the World, with a song from my heart. What sacrifice lifts the name of Jesus? Through Him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name. Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God. Hebrews 13:15-16.
Sing to God, sing praises to His name; lift up a song to Him who rides through the deserts; His name is the Lord; exult before Him! Psalm 68:4. Have you ever noticed how the winds race through the trees, and bow down before our Lord? During the summer flowers praise Him with their beautiful colors. When they droop and wilt, our Lord refreshes them with drops of refreshing rain. When the season of snow arrives, we see how our Lord makes the earth clean, and sends glistening jewels of frozen water.
It is when those who belong to Him, need renewal, our Lord brings refreshment through His Word and we praise Him. This God—His way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true; He is a shield for all those who take refuge in Him. Psalm 18:30
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. Psalm 19:14.
For the Lord hears the needy and does not despise His own people who are prisoners. Let heaven and earth praise Him, the seas and everything that moves in them. Psalm 69:33-34.
