October 15, 2019 -Psalm 109:26-28
Help me, O Lord my God! Save me according to Your steadfast love! Let them know that this is Your hand; You, O Lord, have done it! Let them curse, but You will bless! They arise and are put to shame, but your servant will be glad! Psalm 109:26-28.
“Help me, Save me, according to Your steadfast love,” means we come to God with a humble heart, as a child. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will exalt you. James 4:10.
We become the children of God, and as we are aware of His Great Love, and how He leads and protects us. How precious is your steadfast love, O God! The children of mankind take refuge in the shadow of Your wings. Psalm 36:7
All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies. Psalm 25:9-10. God’s hand will grasp the hand of those who are needy to save him from those who condemn his soul to death. And then Jesus came to give us assurance of God’s plan to protect us and save us according to His Plan from the beginning.
For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39.
