And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. Hebrews 10:19-20How awesome is the mystery that lies just beyond the curtain into the Most Holy Place.  We have glimpses of the eternal life that awaits us on this earth.  The joy of giving, the heart-deep peace, the enveloping love, and more, reminds us of the Just Beyond the Curtain that awaits us.These are just a few of my favorite things.  There is family.  The family, not of physical accidental birth, but the birth on purpose of Spirit, when we are re-born, baptized into the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.  New babes, we learn to walk with the LORD.  We learn to do the will of the Father in Heaven.  We learn to serve others, we learn to enjoy and live for the re-set of our souls.  We learn that our true brothers and sisters are those who serve our Lord.What a double blessing when our earth family is also the Heaven-family.  The Heaven family belongs to Jesus as his brother and sister and mother.  We speak the same language when we are in Christ, with the attributes of Christ.  How often I list these attributes, the Spirit Fruit, and search for them in my heart – Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Gentleness, Faithfulness and Self-Control.  These qualities, nurtured by the Holy Spirit, and found in us, testify to doing the will of our Father, which art in Heaven.This family is connected by a never-failing communication — called prayer.  Around the world our prayers gather in and for the Saints.  Those who live in fear for their earthly lives, those who follow Jesus daily, those who forgive, those who love, those who learn to walk, step by step, yearning for Him.When God calls us Home, our Family Reunion will be attended by the largest family ever — our mothers, sisters and brothers in Christ.  We will be adorned in white robes of Holiness.  Our Lord Jesus Christ appeared to John (Revelation 1:12-16) in a white robe, eyes blazing, his face was like the sun, his voice like rushing water…and there is more.  We will know Him and worship Him.  He is the Living One. And we are His Family.  We will fall at His Feet.Then he pointed to his disciples and said, “Look, these are my mother and brothers. Anyone who does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother!” Matthew 12: 49-50
