April 11, 2015 – Titus 3:4-6

Titus3-4-7But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior. Titus 3:4-6Can you visualize the pouring out of goodness and loving kindness from God our Savior?  A never-ending flow of goodness through all time and forever.  Do you hear the sound of the Holy Spirit like a rush of wind guiding and teaching?  It is by the Mercy of Jesus Christ, not anything we have done.  It is freely given, no cost, for He has paid the cost by the shedding of His blood. Death was conquered once and for all through Jesus, who is Life and the way.  We are justified by His Amazing Grace to receive the hope, the hope of Eternal Life.As you read these words, how is your heart?  My heart is filled with wonder, my eyes are filled with tears.  There is nothing I can do to repay Jesus.  The only thing I can do is respond by the daily awareness of His Presence in my Life that motivates me to truly love others, to learn of Him, and trust Him who is forever faithful.Whenever doubts try to edge in the corners of my mind, I turn to the evidences that overwhelm me.  I praise my Jesus who continually guides me in paths of faith and trust.  The more uncomfortable life is, the more rainbows of hope shine that increase during my stay here on earth. We are an heir of the greatest riches of all time with Jesus.  We are friends of God, We are the church, our body is a temple of God.  His presence, his love, his hope fill us with peace and joy.Hallelujah, the angels sing.  And when we are approved of God to go Home, He will bring us, according to His Plan.  Great are you, Lord!  Worthy are you, Lord!  Listen, learn and trust.  Jesus is true, He is the way!!!…being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. The saying is trustworthy, and I want you to insist on these things, so that those who have believed in God may be careful to devote themselves to good works. These things are excellent and profitable for people. Titus 3:7-8
