Ephesians2-10God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:8-10God’s grace is ours when we believe that Jesus is God’s Son.  It is a gift from God, this Grace.  When I wonder about about being imperfect, I remember that God created all of us anew in Christ Jesus.  We are his masterpiece.  I place myself into His Hands, eager to do whatever God has planned for me.  His plans are greater than my plans could ever be.  Beyond this, my re-new-ness in Jesus is my salvation.I love this next phrase — But God is so rich in mercy.  Mercy-rich is rich indeed.  It brings His love.  He first loved me.  How can I forget the gloriousness of his Love that covers all my sins?God is all powerful, merciful and mighty.  He raised Jesus from the dead and as he did He raised us as well.  Our bread of life is spread with grace, joy, salvation, hope and love.  I can see my Dad taking a slice of homemade bread and spreading homemade grape jelly on top.  Sometimes it was thicker that the bread.  That is the way our God is.  He spreads mercy, joy, salvation, hope and love on our bread of life to make it sweeter. Those heavenly realms appear closer and closer, and I long to be seated with Jesus.  Thank you, Jesus.  Thank you, God, for your mercy and salvation through Jesus Christ.  Blessed be your Name! But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!) For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.
