May 16, 2017 – Psalm 32:8-9

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. Do not be like the horse or the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come to you. Psalm 32:8-9

There is no one in the world we can trust and love  like our Heavenly Father.  He guides us and teaches us how to live in this world.  He constantly counsels us with truth.

How often the world tells us this is way. Who else but God really knows the way we should live — for He created this world.  It is His world.  His love for us never fails.  When we trust our Lord in Heaven, He surrounds us with His Love.

The battle is won when the Lord fight for us.  Live righteously and rejoice, be happy, be glad!  Lift your song of praise until it fills the skies with adoration and love.

The world shouts, “Don’t Worry, Be Happy!”  But our Lord whispers, “Trust me, the One Who Made You, and be filled with Joy and Right-Living!”

But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful.  Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him—his name is the Lord. Psalm 68:3-4

Many are the woes of the wicked, but the Lord’s unfailing love surrounds the one who trusts in him. Rejoice in the Lord and be glad, you righteous; sing, all you who are upright in heart! Psalm 32:10-11
