September 25, 2017 – Isaiah 12:2

Isaiah 12:2 – See, God has come to save me. I will trust in Him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song; He has given me victory.”

What do we need to live in this dark world?  These verses provide the understanding and light we need to traverse the terrain of the the world.

When we understand God’s purpose in this world – to save us – we trust in Him and never fear hidden crevices of sin lying in wait.

Who is the Lord our God?  He is our strength and the song we sing. When we choose God, we have victory. Not the Rah, Rah, Rah, I’m # One world victory – but the quiet victory of righteousness.

The living water contains the essence of joy of salvation! This Joy of Salvation is not to be confused with the temporary, short-lived moments of pleasure on earth.  This Salvation is an everlasting Joy and Praise, and know more about our Lord God and tell others about His Greatness.

As a child, one chorus we sang, is racing through my heart!  It’s Bubbling, it’s bubbling, it’s bubbling, in my heart, There’s singing and laughing since Jesus made me whole.  Folks don’t understand it, Nor can I keep it quiet, It’s Bubbling, bubbling bubbling in my heart!

Psalm 104: 1-4 – Let all that I am praise the LordO Lord my God, how great you are! You are robed with honor and majesty. You are dressed in a robe of light. You stretch out the starry curtain of the heavens; you lay out the rafters of your home in the rain clouds. You make the clouds your chariot;  you ride upon the wings of the wind.

Isaiah 12:3-4 – With joy you will drink deeply from the fountain of salvation! In that wonderful day you will sing: “Thank the Lord! Praise his name! Tell the nations what He has done. Let them know how mighty He is!
