September 18, 2015 – Psalm 102:12

But you, O Lord, will sit on your throne forever. Your fame will endure to every generation. Psalm 102:12O, Lord God, you are the Forever, the Eternal One and only God.  The God of Abraham, the God of Moses the God of my ancestors and the generations that follow me.I have seen the prayers answered and your leading through generations of family.  I carry your banner high, even as my Great, Great, Great, Grandparents believed and trusted you, so do I.  In one generation, belief in you can be gone. Those who remain faithful, steadfast and true will be blessed with peace and joy indescribable.Our God, who is able, can accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.  His time is not our time, we think in terms of the finite, and Our Lord thinks in terms of the infinite.  Glory to Him in the church and in Christ Jesus.  The same baby boy you sent from heaven to rescue and save us from our sins is Jesus.  Jesus teaches us your ways of love and forgiveness.  Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice for our sin.  No man ever walked this earth has conquered our enemy – death, as our Jesus did when God himself raised him from the dead in the tomb where he was laid.Every time I look at the clock, ticking closer and closer to the end of my life, I am filled with peace. For I know, through Christ Jesus, I am forgiven.  Glory to our Lord God and may all generations know His goodness and love.Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21
