John17-9“My prayer is not for the world, but for those you have given me, because they belong to you.” John 17:9What joy for the disciples who had a huge job to do.  Jesus thanks God for his disciples, James, the older, James the younger, John, Peter, Thomas, Andrew, Jude, Matthew, Bartholomew, Philip, Simon and Judas.Judas betrayed Jesus, by giving him to the soldiers.  The eleven who were faithful to Jesus and went to many places to teach about Jesus and His love.  Judas sold Jesus for 30 pieces of silver and death.Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6.  Does Jesus choose who he will pray for?  No, it is your choice.  Judas made his decision.  As we live our life, day by day, we choose to follow or betray Jesus by what we choose to do.Those who belong to Jesus belong to God and those who belong to God, come to Him through Jesus alone.“All who are mine belong to you, and you have given them to me, so they bring me glory.” John 17:10
