Psalm108-2,3bMy heart is confident in you, O God;    no wonder I can sing your praises with all my heart!Wake up, lyre and harp!    I will wake the dawn with my song.I will thank you, Lord, among all the people.    I will sing your praises among the nations. For your unfailing love is higher than the heavens.    Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.Psalm 108:1-4This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.  Psalm 118:24  And this is the Lord’s Day, our day to worship with brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. No matter what our life holds, no matter the tears we have shed just today, because of Jesus, we raise our voices in Praise.  Only Jesus can give us hope, no matter how broken we are, for that brokenness simply pulls us closer to Jesus.  Glory to His Name. The joy of Jesus bubbles up like the sweetness of velvet-textured pudding coming to a boil.  Joy like the sudden blooming of the surprise lily in the tiny front flower bed.  Joy like the shifting panorama of God’s clouds He created with such abandon.  Joy like the shimmer of the moon on the restless waves.  The joy of Jesus is reflected in all of God’s created nature.I only have to be aware and see His face in every flower that blooms to praise Him and know with certainty that my Jesus reigns in splendor and one day soon, will come to take us home.  Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.  There is no expiration date on hope and love in Jesus. In that day the people will proclaim, “This is our God! We trusted in him, and he saved us! This is the Lord, in whom we trusted. Let us rejoice in the salvation he brings!” Isaiah 25:9
