April 3, 2015 – Hebrews 4:13

Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable. Hebrews 4:13We try to hide from God, but no matter where we are and what we are doing — we are an open book to the Almighty Father.  We are accountable for our deeds, thoughts, and words to Him, and Him alone.Yet, in our sin, we have hope.  We have a great High Priest who is in Heaven.  Our High Priest is Jesus Christ, who was tempted as we are, yet He did not sin.  Jesus is our pathway of Mercy to Grace.  Jesus died to wash our sins away with His shed blood on the Cross.  At this Easter Season, we try to beautify the Cross with lilies, draperies and a crown, yet our sins we commit daily uglify our hearts.  It is only through Jesus do we find Grace, Mercy and Forgiveness of our sins.  The Beauty of the Hope Jesus gives us is Forgiveness and Walking each day with Him.  Love, Peace and Joy…and growing in Him.We live in Hope and hold out our arms – running to Him each day.  How exciting are the lyrics —Oh, I’m running to Your arms, I’m running to Your arms, The riches of Your love Will always be enough, Nothing compares to Your embrace Light of the world forever reign.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3f3sNiYpuF4So then, since we have a great High Priest who has entered heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we believe. This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin. So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. Hebrews 4:14-16
